Self Branding Research

I have done some brief research into branding which i like or find interesting, I have looked at a wide variety of branding but here a a few which I thought would be relevant to my own.

I am very interested in colour and therefore I found this peice of branding very interesting, I really like the way the designer has used different stock to show a range of colour, The colours used work really well together, and the way subtle colours and bright colours have been used together brings out each colour. this branding is by Seesaw for Pino.

I like the use of think lines in both piece's of branding, it is consistent throughout and makes the whole thing flow. First is unknown, second is by Joseph Blalock Design Office, Raising Texas .

Within my own branding I would like to use colour and pattern together as this is something with is consistant throughout my work, i enjoy doing it and I find pattern very intriguing, something which I would like to do more of in the future, This pattern above uses colour very interestingly and the way it uses the pattern to make the typography is also very appealing. 

Another thing I am interested in is illustration, I loved the way this illustrator has used his illustrations to make the business cards,  Design Work Life » cataloging inspiration daily.
