Dozo- The Brief

The Brief

To Rebrand a Japanese Sushi and Noodle Bar in Soho, under the name of Dozo, It is slightly outdated in its design and would benefit from new branding and internal decor change. 

Considerations


Must be kept very natural so that it appeals to a sophisticated audience, colours should be stylish and clean and imagery should communicate what the shop is about. 

Concept/Proposition

As this restaurant is in a central location it should be young and quirky and appeal to those who are young working professionals who don't necessarily has a huge amount of time on their hands.  

Background
The restaurant should be fun and quirky but still have a sense of sophistication about it, It combines different aspects of japanese and other oriental dishes to create a dynamic choice of unusual cuisine  the rebrand should communicate this.

Target Audience

Young Working professionals or those who like to try new dishes and experience unusual cuisines. Prices would not be cheap so younger audiences may not be drawn to DOZO

Mandatory Requirements

Produce a Collection of products which can be used in the restaurant to help brand it,

4x Design Boards 
Interior Mock ups.  

Tone of Voice

It should be quirky yet sophisticated and should have an experimental tone as well as interesting and visually intriguing.
