I have created a skyline to represent the Neighbourhood aspect of the Lyrics, and changed the effect so that it has a texture, Im not sure if the blue works very well though, so I may change the colour palette, as i don't think the blu on blue will work on the cover 

These simple shapes are what will make up the sky of the artwork, I wanted them to be very linear and abstract in visual.
